ELECTIONS and AGMs
It is that time of the year again and PWP will work only with involvement from the members.
As a minimum, you need to turn up at your AGM to vote.
We need a minimum number (quorum) at your AGM in order to elect your committee.
Don’t assume someone else will do it - that is a recipe for failure !
The alternative is that your Branch has to be administered by State Management Committee which is not in anyone’s interest.
Please consider also how you could make a contribution to your committee.
Remember PWP is a self-help body where nothing “just happens”.

Baby bear goes downstairs, sits in his small chair at the table, and he looks into his small bowl. It is empty. "Who's been eating my porridge?" he squeaks.
Daddy Bear arrives at the big table and sits in his big chair. He looks into his big bowl and it is also empty. "Who's been eating my porridge?!?" he roars.

HOTPOP
I recommend HOTPOP to anyone who uses HOTMAIL, YAHOO or any other webmail addresses (for privacy or whatever reason).
HOTPOP is a POP3 email address (ie a "proper" email address as opposes webmail). It is free (no ads!) and you can read it just like ordinary (POP3) email if you prefer. But best of all you can put an automatic redirection to your real email address.
This is exactly what I do with pwpnsw@hotpop.com also at least 3 others which I use for various purposes. I searched and found HOTPOP about 3 years ago when I got sick of being mucked around by (YAHOO) webmail. I was also sick of HOTMAIL for the similar reasons. Now I use no webmail at all.
